Testing and Training

As an applicant with Encore Pro Staffing, proper skills assessment is very important to the placement process. Each industrial or trades candidate will be tested on basic math and reading skills. Job specific testing will be given to assess skill levels for various types of manufacturing, logistics, production, machining and skilled trade environments.

Each clerical and professional applicant will be tested on basic Word, Excel, and data entry applications. Job specific testing will be given to assess skill levels for various positions which may include, accounting, banking, customer service, human resources and many others.

These assessments will enable us to make the best placement matches and ensure a higher rate of success.
