West Tulsa manufacturing company seeking a customer service representative.
Overall Responsibility:
Provide effective, timely, professional customer service for external and internal customers.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and understand production and shipping
timelines. Provide efficient, accurate data entry. Maintain receivables pro-actively.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
❖ Display ethical practices in all dealings with external/internal customers and guests
❖ Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
❖ Knowledge of parts and price structure
❖ Data entry, to include:
o Create sales order from customer purchase order
o Create supporting labels and bill of lading for sales order
o Finalize sales production orders
o Maintain open order spreadsheet daily/distribute as requested
❖ Accounts receivable, to include:
o Collection of outstanding invoices
o Documentation of process
❖ Quotes, to include:
o Parts
o Pricing on sales order
o Annual city bids
❖ Communicate with external customers via telephone and/or email
❖ Communicate effectively with internal customers
Required Skills/Abilities
❖ Excellent communication and customer service skills
❖ Professional conduct in communication and correspondence
❖ Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office and basic desktop maintenance
1st shift: 8a-4:30p
Pay is $16-$18.00 an hour
